Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our terms and conditions and our pre-order policy. We reserve the right to change this returns policy at any time. The last update to this returns policy was on 01/03/2015.
Please check items on receipt

When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible and you must check it before use.

Your right to cancel your order

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, our 7 working days return policy starts on the day after you received the item. You have the right to cancel your order within the 7 working day period. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform our customer services team in writing or by email here.

All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when your received them.

If you received a wrong item

In the uncommon situation that you receive a wrong item by mistake, please accept our apologies, we will address the issue for you as quickly as possible.

In order to receive a replacement or a refund, you must notify us within 7 days from the day on which you received the item, and you must return the item within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when your received it.

If an item is faulty or damaged

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please accept our apologies, and please do contact us as quickly as possible and tell us what the fault or damage is and we will advise what the next steps are.

In order to receive a replacement or a refund, you must notify us within 7 days from the day on which you received the item, and you must return the item within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when your received it.

If you do not receive an item

In the uncommon situation that you do not receive an item, please accept our apologies, we will address the issue for you as quickly as possible.

To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 10 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been despatched.

If replacement product is no longer available

If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will provide you with a refund.

If you wish to return a replacement item

You have the right to cancel your order in respect of the replacement item within 7 working days starting on the day after you received the replacement item and we will provide you with a refund.

Cost of returning items

Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where we sent you the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty.

We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.

Promotional items

If a promotional discount, such as Free Delivery, was applied to your pre-order or order and you return/cancel any part of that order, Globiaa reserves the right to withhold from any refund the amount of discount received.

Your statutory rights

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please visit www.direct.gov.uk for more information.

If you wish to return an item, please follow the following steps

a) Contact our customer services team here

b) Your email message must include your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will then provide you with a unique returns authorisation number and will confirm the address you need to return the item to

c) Please package the item securely and include inside the package your order number, name and address

d) Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your item to us. If your item does not reach us, we may not be able to process your refund without proof of postage.

Processing your refund

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the refund back to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have handled the return, replacement or repair of any item, please accept our apologies and contact our customer services team here by email or by post.
